Please don't order any supplements/typing kits. Food For Your Blood Inc is no more. I'll keep the message board open, even though there is hardly any traffic on here.

Hi...I've been away from here for some time...and lost my password (till I went on a hunt for it just now!)
Sorry to hear FFYB is no more, I am in UK so never ordered anything I'm afraid.
I came here from the old ER4YT boards, and kept up with you all for some time....but it was never quite the same after we lost Sarah :-(
I can't cope with the new ER4YT boards, they're too complicated for me!! I've found some new cyber friends on another chat site.
I'm still trying to be compliant, but there is just so much temptation out there...I MUST focus on the fact that I feel better if I ER4YT !!!! I still believe in it......and I have learned so much over the years since ER4YT started.
It has been a privilege to know so many lovely people on here, even though I never contributed much.
Good luck to you all, take care Acorn xxxxx

As far as your diet is concerned, just do the best you can. However, every time you eat avoids, you are braking down your body at a much faster rate. Is it really worth it?

Hey, Acorn! Even tho the other board is very big, bookmark it and just do certain sections of it. I can't keep up with it all, but I do post regularly. It definitey helps to keep on the diet when you communicate with others about it. Just like those in AA, we need to keep accountable with others & share our victories & setbacks. If you have a friend, maybe you can e-mail regularly about the diet. Thomas is still available, tho I'm sure he is busy & won't answer right away all the time. But he still cares. BTD rocks!! Thomas, (((((((((((BIG HUG))))))))) to you!!!
Yes, it is true what Acorn says that this board kind of died with Sarah. I think we were all so sad it was kind of hard to think about anything else here. Plus around that same time or a little before that is when Dr. D. opened up the new incarnation of the official BTD boards, and those have been wonderful for the BTD cybercommunity. But I for one will never forget how you kept our BTD cybercommunity alive and going when no one else was. If not for you, we wouldn't have had a "home".
I think of you as my BTD brother and always wish you the best. I and others dating all the way back to Dr. D.'s old board always will think of you as one of the most loving, helpful, knowledgeable, sweet members of the BTD community, and I hope your car detailing business is going very well. May you always be blessed with health, good fortune, and most of all, love.

Thomas, Ditto what Edna and everyone else said. This was a wonderful, caring place to be and I always valued your advice. Acorn, Dr. D's board is a little overwhelming at first but if you just click on Recent Posts you can deal with it. There are some wonderful caring people there too. Thomas, the best to you. You've been a wonderful host, a caring BTDer and I loved talking to you. Best wishes in whatever you do. Jane
