If you going to take only one supplement, make it this one. You will be glad that you did.

I’ll be honest with you, being an A blood type I use this product, and use lots of it. Most type As use it for the same reason I use it. Mostly to support our somewhat “sluggish” immune systems. 1 capsule 3 times a day is what I find is a good dosage to keep me in good shape. Others take it for its anti-oxidant properties, and also for the liver & blood cleansing, support this formula provides. I personally like the “adaptogenic”benefit I feel from it. I handle stress much better and stay calmer.
