3oz-4oz Ground Turkey or Beef 1/4 cup-1/2 cup of cooked Black beans (use canned) 1/2 cup of Salsa 1oz of shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium saucepan, cook ground beef or turkey until browned, then add black beans and salsa, heat thru. Pour into bowl and add cheese. This is enough for one adult person. Enjoy!
