I had this for lunch today and wanted to remind everyone how good kale is.
Slice one onion and 3 garlic pcs. Saute' in ghee or coconut oil until limp and starting to brown. Add a dash of seasalt, a 1/4 tsp of ground ginger, a handful of dried cranberries, and a handful of chopped almonds.
Remove all heavy stems from 1/2 bunch of kale & tear into tiny pieces. Add to pan - stir together & cook until kale is reduced.
Add a dash of tamari sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil. Toss all together and serve. This will serve 2 or if you're really hungry like I was, you can eat the whole thing! My protein dish to go with this was crispy turkey bacon and it was a wonderful lunch. (((HUGS))), Verna
