I read recently that these beans are used in Asia to make desserts. Does anyone have a recipe? I sure would like to have one or two. Thanks in advance-ruthie

Ruthie I don't really have a recipe but I have been using them in my vegetable soup recipes because they are beneficial for me. I buy them dry and cook them a couple hours. I then freeze some for quick use. I was buying the cans but they are expensive compared to the dry and these are just as good tasting. They have a strange taste to me but I have gotten use to them now.
