Does anyone have a good recipe for applesauce or apple cake (not the one with quinoa flour) that is OK for O secretors?

Actually, if you take your favorite applesauce cake recipe and substitute amaranth flour or, even better, a nut flour such as walnut, for the wheat, and then substitute pears and/or pear sauce for the apples, you should be in business! Let us know how it turns out (ideally by sending us each a slice!). Enjoy!

P.S. O secretors can use apples instead of substituting pears. Only nonnies are relegated to pears.

I never thought of making it with pears. That sounds good! I really don't like the quinoa and was thinking of substituting rice flour or spelt flour. When I try to grind walnuts I get walnut butter, and runny walnut butter at that.
