I have also made this successfully with a ripe peach (O-nons note) but it's best with apricot.
This will not, of course, suit those who prefer not to take fruit & veg at once.

2-3 ripe apricots
garlic to taste
lemon juice
olive oil if wanted
anything you want to add like say, tamari or yeast flakes, or umeboshi brine.

smersh it all up.

Nice on rice-based salads with veg in, or just ordinary green salad.

Okay, this non business has really gone too far. APRICOTS? I didn't even realize I was to avoid apricots, and I consider myself fair to middlin' "advanced" in knowledge of the BTD! But, sure enough, upon reading your post and concluding that you are whack, I hotfooted it over to "Typebase" to check this out and .

Et tu, apricots?

Oy.

P.S. I just invented a new reality show. It is called "O Non Island". In it, a bunch of O nons are airdropped on a deserted tropical island, which has plenty of compliant flora and fauna. There is a judge on the island who is a combo of Jeff Probst and Judge Judy. Anyway, if any O non accidentally or purposefully ingests an avoid, they are cast out to sea in a life boat, and lose their shot at the grand prize. The last remaining O non wins the grand prize: A free series of gene therapy surgeries to turn the lucky winner into a SECRETOR! Wu hu HUUUUUUUUUUU!

Apricots? I probably ought to redo my secretor test because as a kid I was allergic to apples, apricots, other non things. I was thinking about it last night and I realized that when I was pregnant (back in the dark ages) the things that didn't agree with me were mostly avoids. I couldn't stomach coffee or orange juice, milk.

Yep, apricots are listed right there in LR4YT as well. They still make a strangely delicious salad dressing and for As of either secretordom they are a tier 2 benny.

OG (sorry, PT) I liked your gameshow idea. secretordom is different for As. A-nons actually have a more varied diet. Many beneficials and many avoids become neutrals. So there is less that can do one harm but also less that can do one positive good. Like if I was a nonnie, I could eat far more kinds of meat, but soy would go from benny to neutral. Also I could eat tomatoes but romaine lettuce would go to neutral.
