I do appreciate the larger bottle of the New Chapter B Complex. I didn't know that those little vitamins would have such a positive effect!! Before taking them, I always seemed to have not enough sleep during the week and too much on the weekends. Never the right balance and always sleepy and sluggish until it's time to go to bed, then I'm wired and can't sleep. At one point I was thinking of going to my doctor to be tested again for thyroid problems and possibly CFS because I didn't have enough energy to do anything after I got home from work.

Within 24 hours, it seemed like a switch was flipped and I was noticing a definite increase in energy and mental clarity and even though I forgot to take one this morning, I still have plenty of energy. I was crabbier this morning, but it was just one of those full moon days where very little seems to go right.

The other thing I noticed, whether or not it's related to the B Complex, is that I'm craving more water. Typically I will drink between 20 and 30 ounces because any more and I'm in the washroom every half hour, but now I'm drinking the recommended 8 glasses and with using a little sea salt, I'm not going to the bathroom as often.

For me, if there is only one supplement I take, it will be my B's.
